Go to bed 30 minutes earlier!
Trust me, I know this one is easier said than done. There have been many days I've stayed up late once the kids are in bed and the house is quiet because it's the first time all day that I've been able to decompress and have some alone time. While I cherish that time, it leads to me staying up wayyyyy longer than I should and I'm exhausted the next day. Obviously, that isn't good for my mental health, productivity, and overall mood! If this is you, be intentional about going to bed just a half hour earlier and give your body the rest it needs and deserves.
