Create a personal mantra to recite daily. A personal mantra can be anything that grounds you and brings you a sense of peace during times of stress or heightened emotions. If you don't already have a mantra, take a look at the affirmations at the bottom of the Tips & Things newsletters. Choose one that calls to you and let that be what you speak to yourself when you need it. Remember, words have power...especially the words we speak to ourselves.
