Take a 15 minute walk outside. Being out in nature and letting the warm sunlight, cooling breeze, or even cold wind soak into your skin while listening to the sounds of life surrounding you has such a way of resetting our emotions, settling our thoughts, relaxing our spirits. If only for a few moments a day, don't deprive yourself of the power of nature!
