September 30 Day Self-Love Challenge - Day 30

Rest your mind and body. One thing I love to do when I need to decompress but can't go too far is to get a room in a hotel by myself for a night or weekend if I can. I don't make any plans other than to put my phone on 'do not disturb', lay down, and convert oxygen. There is nothing more glorious to me than peace and quiet & no pressure of responsibilities. Whatever you decide to do, make sure to celebrate this self-love journey strong and honor yourself by granting your mind, body, and spirit with the rest it deserves :)
