Finding time to exercise multiple times during the week can be difficult with all the obligations we juggle daily. However, we can all take 10-15 minutes during our lunch breaks to stretch! When we sit too long, our muscles get tight, our spines are compressed, and we hold tension in our necks, shoulders, and backs. During the work day, try to get up at least once an hour to get the blood moving again, but also add in some easy stretches! Your body will thank you!
